TINAC Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Universal Smart Remote for TV mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms & Conditions.

Information We Collect

Universal Smart Remote for TV is designed to do its job without collecting your personal information. The App does not require an account and does not know who you are.

Local network access — The App uses your local network to discover, connect to, and send remote-control commands to compatible smart TVs over Wi-Fi. This traffic stays on your local network, directly between your device and your TV; it is not sent to us or to any third party.
Analytics & crash data — We use Google Analytics, Flurry Analytics (operated by Yahoo! Inc.), and Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (operated by Google) to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash logs, so we can find and fix problems and understand which features people use. Purchase data — Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed and verified through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. TINAC Inc. does not directly collect or store your payment information.

Analytics providers

Google Analytics — a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports how our Service is used. Google may use this data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. See Google's Privacy & Terms.
Flurry Analytics — provided by Yahoo! Inc. You can opt out via Flurry's opt-out page. See Yahoo!'s Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics — operated by Google, collecting anonymous usage and crash data to help us understand how the Service is used and fix problems. See Firebase's Terms of Service and Firebase's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage and Security

We do not operate servers that store your TV's identity, network configuration, or the remote-control commands you send. Analytics and crash data collected by the providers above is stored on their own servers, in accordance with their respective data retention policies.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties.

Links To Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit — we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
